I wrote a few days ago in complte panic because I couldn't get my 11.5 month old to take a cup, or bottle. I am happy to announce that this morning she took a cup!!!!!!!!!!!! :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D
I already feel some freedom.
Anyhow I tried giving her a cup of milk (cow because we are trying to wean)
Anyhow she took it! I put it in a spoon to give her a taste and she seemed to like it so I decided to try the cup, even though I was going to hold off another week or so.  she had about an ounce and then I nursd her, she did well with it, so at lunch I skipped the nursing and gave her a cup of milk and she drank it down. Anyhow I plan on giving a cup a day for the next week and gradually coming off the breastmilk...wish me luck!
