WANTED: Good feeding book recommendations!

I think we've kind of lost track of what and how much our 11 month DD should be eating.  So does anyone have a book that is really helping guide them through this first year of new food?  Thanks.

Hi,

The book I am using at the moment is The contented Little Baby Book of Weaning - Your one-stop guide to contented feeding by Gina Ford.  This book came free with one of the practicle parenting magazines that I bought.

It was printed and bound in Denmark - I am not sure what countries it would be available in.

Hope you are able to find it - I find it very useful.

Regards

Thanks for the help; I am looking for a book like this as well. It looks like the book is available on Amazon.

I like Super Baby Food by Ruth Yaron. Although it's geared toward making your own food, it's still incredibly useful even if you don't. It has more nutrition info than any other book I've seen, but it's really easy to use and understand. It goes all the way through the toddler years, and I still use it with my 2 yr old!

I also use the "Super Baby Food" book by Ruth Yaron and I love it.  I make alot of my own baby food because the author makes it sound so easy ... and it is!!  I like how it tells you what foods to introduce at what ages and how to prepare them all.  The book is based on a vegetarian diet which we are definitely not but it still works great!!!!
