Advice to new mommy on easy!!

Im about to have a baby, and I need to know which plan to put him on. tracys book the secrets of a babywhisperer advises a 2 1/2 to 3 hour easy schedual. her new one says 3 to 4! where do I start?

Hello!
Newborns will be on a 2-3 hour schedule give or take and they usually will switch to 3-4 hr, again give or take, at around 4 months.
