Waking Baby to Feed
« on: December 28, 2005, 17:15:57 pm »
During the day at what point (hours between feeds) should you wake the baby up to eat?

My daughter is 10 weeks old, and on her afternoon nap she is pushing 4 to 4.5 hours between feeds so I wake her up, because i'm worried that if she sleeps too long, she won't sleep as long at night.

Any thoughts??

I tried to aim for a certain number of feeds per day around 3-4 months because otherwise they will wake at night to eat more often.

It is fine to wake at 4 hrs cycle!
