We've been at my parents house for the past week. The girls sleep has been very sketchy, but Savannah is doing totally okay now (sleeping like a dream, really), but ABBY has been HORRIBLE! We lived here when she was born, and we visit at LEAST once a month...so I don't know what the deal is. I put her to bed and she cries and cries and cries...on Christmas night she cried until past 10pm, last night she went on until after 9 and then woke in the middle of the night and wouldn't go back to sleep...I went into her a billion times, let her cry a bit, etc. and she just wouldn't resettle. So  I brought her into bed with us  She's actually slept with us 3 times now since we've been here...and I'm not THRILLED!! I swore I'd never sleep with my children, just because I don't want it to become a habit. I'll admit, I LOVE having her warm, snuggly body next to me, and I reach over and my dh was petting her little feet as well (gee, how's that for positive reinforcement?!?! She's getting exactly what SHE wants). Anyway, I'm ready to go crazy...we were going to spend one more night here, but I'm not sure I can handle it. I don't want to go home and have Abby thinking she's going to sleep with us. Do you think this is just a here thing and not a problem?!?! That once we get home, she'll be okay in her own room? Any suggestions for getting her to sleep in her own room here?!?! My mom thinks I should put the girls together, that perhaps if Abby has someone else in her room, she'll sleep better...but I really don't want her disrupting Savannah's sleep. This is the only place I travel to, and although the sleep thing has never been GREAT here, it's also never been this bad....any suggestions?!?!
