climbing out of bed
« on: December 31, 2005, 23:32:12 pm »
K, he's almost 2 now.  He's still sleeping in a play pen even tho they're in their room (FINALLY!!!!!) because we have to set up the buck bed and it's missinga  peice.  But the little rascal can climb out of it.  This means nearly an hour of having to come back in and put him back to bed, really screwing up both his and Ethan's naps.
He gets up, tosses all his blankets out, undresses sometimes (I wont even go into the times he's stripped totally naked and messed! ) Then he'll climb out and fiddle around and pesker his brother, who (I'm so proud!) usually ignores him.  (Although one time he was playing too,  They were playing "touching tounges together"   :)  bluck!)  Then, if I havn't caught him yet, will venture farther afield, comming out of the room etc.
Once when he was still in our closet I wasn't able to go in to put him back to bed and found him asleep in my bed. (I just left him there.)  And another time when Ethan was at Nanna's he went to sleep in Ethans spot.  I actually don't care if thetwo of them want to share a bed, so long as they SLEEP!  But Ethan doesn't really like it and Levi generally fools around.  And I just don't wanna sit there for an hour watching him to make sure he goes to sleep!
Any ideas... besides putting a lid on the play pen???
