I can't remember what to do next!

Hi there ladies--
Monica had her first bites of rice cereal yesterday and she caught on pretty well. My mommy brain is preventing me from remembering the whole routine. I know that I need to offer new things for several days before offering something else. How long do I do just one "meal" a day?
She bfs 5 times a day right now.
I"m not in a big hurry but I thought I should start introducing it now, before I go back to work next week. She is 4.5 mos.
I did the cereal yesterday afternoon and she then had a good bf as well.

I think I did just 1 meal a day for a week or 2, but we poked along pretty slowly. I'd wait at least a few days to make sure her digestive system adjusts and another meal doesn't cause issues. HTH!

Thanks, Melissa! That sounds about right. I also did some researching online and it basically said to slowly increase the amount and when they are eating 1/2 c cereal to add another kind of food.
