I believe this is the first author who discusses babyfood consistency and provides details as to how much water to add to attain good consistency.

On this website he adds sunflower oil to the food just before serving. Why?

Perhaps to add extra fat to the diet I wonder? I think all vegetable oils also contain omega fats.

Sunflower oil provides essential fatty acids, especially linol acid. Also, it permits fat-soluble vitamins from the veggies to be absorbed by baby which otherwise couldn't...
