When to move on from milk?

Josh is 5 moths old but when would be the best time to move him onto solids and how do i do that?!

There are various opinions on this; best bet is to ask your doctor. I started at four months, a lot of mums wait until six months. Once you have decided, you can PM me for an eating plan of you like. I think there is a post in the eating forum on signs for whether your baby is ready for solids.
