i am in desparate need of some help.
my ds has just turned two since as long as i can remember he is terrible at sleeping at 9 months old i was still swaddling him to sleep, then i got into the habit of falling asleep on the sofa bad move i no, i fell on pregnant with my second child when my son was9 month old i had bad anemia at the start so i used to put him in his cot and put telly on so he go to sleep on his own. he is in his own bed now and still watching telly i need to put him and his sister in the same room but cant due to him not sleeping.
his typical day constists of a nap when he falls down, bath at 6 bed at 630
where he goes into his room.
i am after some advice my ds sleeps through and has done for sometime now but i need my dd to sleep too.
i have tried the bed time story he gets bored an starts to carry on when i wont let him out of bed.
i used to wait with him till he went to sleep it was taking hours so i had to stop.
i have just left him on his own in his room and done the controlled crying method but the screaming got worse and he got so upset he used to vomit.
i am so desperate now can anybody help
