Chicken question

I had an egg allergy as an infant, so plan to hold off on giving them to dd.  Can I give her chicken before eggs?  I know, that was REALLY bad, but I could not resist the wording. :lol:   It's a bit early for it, but I got to wondering about it.  Just my compulsive mind at work again...

We were told by our paed to wait for egg until dd is two but he didn't have any problems with chicken... don't know if that helps!
