transition to 4 hour easy?

I'm looking for suggestions on transitioning my 13-week old daughter to a 4 hour routine...it may be too early but i'd like to get an idea of how to do it. I can't find suggestions in Tracy's book.
Thanks,
Lauren Quinn

Hello!
If you don't have the third book, it goes into much more detail on how to transition
Check out this link, maybe it will help get you started. If not, let us know!!
