Meal ideas for fussy todlers

How about compiling a list of easy to make and reasonably nutritious meals that your toddler loves ? My LO has a small repertoire of meals that I know he will enjoy. Of course, we keep trying new ideas and adding to the list, but it's a relief to know that at least there will be no difficulties when this crops up on the menu  :) :

He likes:

- shepherd's pie
- macaroni cheese with ham
- cheesy potato with baked beans (low sugar/low salt)
- fussilli with veggies in tomato sauce
- spaghetti bolognese
- sausages and mash
- carrot mash with bacon
- scrambled egg
- and yoghurt in any shape or form

carrot mash with bacon

ok this sounds intriguing - can you elaborate on what you make- is it grated carrots, mashed potato and bacon all together??
