Jennifer-
If it isn't teething like teezee said, it could be time to introduce finger foods if you haven't already. Tyler did the exact same thing at 9 mo and wouldn't eat a bite from the spoon until after he turned 1. Have you started any finger foods yet? Start with easily dissolved foods, like cheerios, and soft fruit/veggie chunks. It will take some time for her to learn how to pick them up and get them into her mouth, so she'll need your help for a little while. Keep some pieces on the tray for her to experiment with and feed her the bits from your fingers. She'll get the hang of it! As for the spoon, I'd offer it every so often and just put it away until next time when Tyler refused. He got over it in his own time.
Also, it may seem like she's eating a lot less this way, but keep in mind that purees are mostly water, whereas finger foods aren't. It will probably take much less to fill her up with finger foods. Keep us posted!
