The screenshots in the photo gallery post are a little out of date, the updated version looks like the one posted below, I've marked the posted attachments sections, as it's very easy to miss, this is what shows once you've added the attachment, the browse & comments box are cleared once the attachment has been uploaded.
Some questions to try and help resolve the issue.
Are you saving the file in one of the following formats?
gif ief jpe jpeg jpg pbm pgm png pnm ppm ras rgb tif tiff xbm xpm xwd
These are the only formats accepted by the forum. Jpeg, jpg & gif being the most common ones.
The filesize has to be under 500kb
If the forum has failed to upload an attachment it should show an error message, this is usually quite small, and is normally underneath the "UK Guest Map" near the top of the page.
When you tried uploading the attachments did you 'submit' your post? You can also test if an attachment has uploaded by clicking on 'preview' which is next to 'submit'.
Please let me know if you have tried all of the above and there is still a problem
