Palmer is finally starting to come around.  This is what he did today:

E: 4am
no activity
S: 4:30am - 8

E: 8am
A:
S: 9am - 10am
A: 10 - 10:30

E: 10:30
A:
S: 11:30 - 1

E: 1:30
A:
S: 2:30 - 4:45 (woke up to eat)

E: 5pm
A:

E: 7pm
A:

E: 8:45 pm
no activity
S: 9

He tried to get him to nap between 5-9 but he wouldn't although he was exhausted.  Is 9pm too late for his bedtime?  I really dont' know what to do with Palmer as Duncan never slept.. day or night until he was 7 months old.  I chose 9pm because Duncan goes to bed at 8:30 and I don't want Palmer waking up before 7am.  I like sleeping  until 8am!!  And since I am a sahm... why wake up earlier if you don't have to??  LOL!

other than that really long stretch from 5-9 i'd say your schedule looks fine.  i wouldn't worry about a 9pm bedtime either... i think my kids were around that time too!   loved that 7-8am start to the day!

is there any chance Palmer would sleep if you put him in a swing or happened to run out to the store on an errand?  that catnap can be considered a "freebie"  - do it whereever you need to, and it doesn't adversely affect sleep training.
