Hi! I currently bf my 6 month old daughter. We are on the 4 hr. easy, but need to cut out our evening catnap. In order to increase her awake time, that also pushes back her eating time. So, my big question is, can she go longer than 4 hrs. between feeds. Her is our current schedule.
8:00 Wake and bf
8:40-10:00 Activity
10:00-12:00 Sleep
12:00 BF
12:30-2:00 Activity
2:00-4:00 Sleep
4:00-6:00 Activity
Now, sometimes she naps for 30 mins., wakes up and has a little bit of solids, Then she plays until about 8:00, where we do the feed, bath, sleep for the night. Or sometimes, she stays awake and has some solids, and we put her to bed at like 7:00-7:30. But then she wakes up earlier the next day! I don't want to starve her and plan to keep on bfing until 1 year. We have just started solids a week ago, and she is doing great, but are taking it slow, as bm is still the most important nutrient for her. She has slept through the night since 10 weeks old and that is not a problem at all. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Andrea
