Another constipation idea

It had been a couple of days since DD had gone.  Since we are working on peas this week, I added oatmeal to them for the fiber.  In my opinion, yuck.  In her's, Mommy did not feed them to her fast enough!  Loved them!  And boy did it work!!  Too  bad it was my turn to change her.  :roll:

foods with peas are natural laxatives.  (apples, pears, sweet potatoes, apricots, prunes, peas)

i don't think the infant oatmeal cereal would work as a laxative, they are very processed and reinforced with iron (a constipating agent).
