We have successfully introduced a wide range of food into Jacks ever expanding diet so we are very pleased. However I am wondering if any of you could offer any ideas for something to use to thicken the fruit puree? I always puree the fruit and then freeze it in ice cube trays, but then when they defrost the puree tends to be very thin. So far I have been using baby rice, but would be interested to hear any alternatives?
