Hi...I didn't see this posted yet, sorry if I missed it.
As a moderator, I can only make posts that I started a sticky (can not make them announcements either?). I was going to make certain posts a sticky instead of an announcement in the meantime, but if I was not the author of the post I get an error message that says try again and if it doesn't work contact an administrator.
