hi.  i was just wondering at what age is it common to start giving lo's yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese?? etc...

I started in small amounts at six months. SHe had been eating solids for two months by then

thanks, will try some yogurt this week...do i mix it with fruit or just try it on it's own?

I didn't introduce milk products until 9 months at my peds recommendation.  And I was supposed to wait until 12mnths to introduce Homo milk but I've given him milk already...mixed with his cereal.  If you buy plain yogurt and start introducing that to your lo, try to find the highest milk fat content (good for her brain development) and yes you can mix with fruit.
