Please could someone help me as I can't log in and I am getting very bad BW withdrawls!

I have tried everything and even had a new password sent but that didn't work.

do you have an apostrophe in you're username ? if you do, try you're username without the apostrophe.keep trying different ways of typing you're username. maybe an administrator can help you out more.it's worth a go ! this is what i had to do, then i found out i had to drop the apostrophe.
