Won't let me log in, help! **RESOLVED*

I have been trying for the last couple of days to log in and it's saying incorrect password. ughhh very frustrating:(  Can anyone help me, pleasssse!! Thanx Tracey

Hi Gareth, I just tryed logging on with the new password you gave me and it still doesn't work. It's poping up a screen saying password reminder?!?
I went to my tools option on my computer and erased the cookies in my computer and it still doesn't work.  :-\
I'll wait to hear back from you, thanx for your time and help....Tracey

Hi Tracey

This one was a little odd, but I managed to fix it by changing your username, so you're now Maddys mom as opposed to Maddysmom, I've sent you an email with your new password.  Testing your account with IE worked just fine, so with luck you should be able to get in now  :)

As you can probably see I was able to log in today with the new user name and password :D
