at what point do you change the diaper?  Prior to the dream feed while baby is sleeping?  Following dream feed?  or not at all?

Hi wls23 :)

When I was doing the dream feed with my lo, if I felt he needed changing I would do it after the dream feed when he was sleepy so it did not disturb him as much.
I was using pampers baby dry nappies which can stay on for around 10-12 hours if needed, so if I did not change him that time I did not worry to much. HTH

Hi,
I don't change my baby's nappy unless it's a pooey one, in which case I do it after the feed with as little fuss as possible - no eye contact and no smiling!
