email notification not received

i tried to update my profile (including changing my email address) and I got told I'd get an email notification to allow me to log back in and update (about 4pm yesterday). I still haven't received the email - should have been sent to sue@rpoints.com (previous email address was sue@yendall.com)

can you have a look into it pleae cos it won't let me log in at the moment.

Assuming that you didn't also attempt to change your password, your account should be activated now.  A change of email address always switches your account inactive for security reasons.

If you did attempt a password change, let us know, and we'll email a new one out to you ourselves.
