length of A time for 7 month old???

what should be the typical/avg activity time for a 7 month old.  she barely makes it 2.5 hrs in the morning, and i can push her closer to 3 in the afternoon, is this normal?  her morning nap has been rough the last week, wakes at the 40 min mark, which for us is unusual, so i thought maybe she needs a longer A time, but she is so ready for sleep at 2.5hrs in the AM.  is there a chart that show where they should be at each month with A time?

Sounds normal to me. Shortest A time is usually in the morning. Some babies do start only needing 40-45 minutes nap in the morning - does she wake refreshed and happy? If not, you can try 2.75 hours in the morning - just do it gently - maybe even 5 minutes every 2 days or so.

At 7months my DD awake time was: 2.5hrs before AM nap,3hrs before PM nap and 3.5hrs before bedtime so it sounds like you are doing great.
