Not a glitch, Stupid User problem :-(

I am not smart enough to figure out how to post something on the calendar and NOT have it show up in the Lounge TODAY!!

Yes, I've changed the date.  What am I doing wrong??  I want to add my son's birthday to the calendar, Topic "Nathan's Birthday".  Subject "Happy Birthday, Nathan".  Feb 18th.

I added a comment, and then posted - show's up in the Lounge immediately.  I've tried several times - Iam just not smart enough to figure it out! ::)

Have tried selecting 'Post No Topic' in the Post In box?

I tried it that way.  It told me I could not post there.    :(

Yep, choosing that says you can't post new topics in that area.

Clearly there is a way to do it, as so many others have!!  I'm just not getting it!
