Hi i have been teaching my 14 week old baby to sleep the problem is that she only naps for 1hr to 1hr 15 i have tried shush/pat but she will stay awake for he rest of the time..relaxed but wide awake. Does this mean she has had enough sleep?

1 hr to 1.25 hrs sounds pretty good to me. If your LO wakes up happy (or hungry) from her naps then I suspect she's had enough sleep. I would try extending her A time and pushing up her S time so that she ends the 4 hour cycle with sleep.

Hi,

I agree, increase her A time just a smidge, maybe 5 minutes.  Anything an hour or over is good!  Ideally she'd go to 1.5 hours but as long as it's longer than 45 you're doing great!  She likely isn't going back to sleep with pat/shhhh as she is rested.
