are there hours when wake to sleep cannot be used?
« on: February 05, 2006, 20:27:57 pm »
My lo has been waking at 8:30 pm crying almost every night ---2 hrs after 6:30 bedtime.   Can I do wake to sleep then or is it only used in the early morning hours like 2 am and 4 am, etc as I have seen posted mostly?

You could try wake to sleep, but in my experience that early evening wake up is related to being either too overtired by bedtime, or that they aren't tired enough & treat it as a nap...

what is your routine like, I may be able to offer some suggestions
