Repeated wakings in the early morn
« on: February 08, 2006, 00:38:53 am »
I am very new to this whole thing and am devouring Tracy's books.  Today was our first day of E.A.S.Y. and it was reasonably successful.  I am committed to sticking with it and have found lots of helpful info on this site.  But I have a question I cannot find any info on and would love some tips.

My 9 week old daughter had been going to bed at 10, waking twice (1 and 4) for feedings and then up at 7 or so for a while.  This week, we started putting her to bed around 9.  She is now waking at 12:45 and then again at 3:30, 5, and 6, when she will not go back, unless she is in our bed where she will sleep happliy til 7:30 or so.  We are only feeding her at 12:45 and 3:30, but cannot figure out why she is waking up every 45 minutes or so.  How can we help her to sleep thru from the 3:30 feeding until morning and/or go back to sleep when she wakes up?

Thanks!

Can you post your day routine & also 'how' she falls asleep at the start of naps/bedtime, that will help with giving you some ideas
