Insert Hyperlink button not working

I try to create a hyperlink on specific text in a paragraph but nothing happens.  All the other ones seem to be working - the code for 'flash', 'image', 'email', 'ftp link' all pop up when I click on them.  When I click on 'Insert Hyperlink', however, nothing happens.

When I insert the URL instead, the link is created.

This hasn't gotten any feedback so just bumping it back up to the top.  Am I the only one having a problem with the hyperlink button?

Thanks, Gareth!  I figured I could do that manually. It's close enough to HTML. 
Just wanted to make sure that it was, in fact, broken.
