When and how to drop the bedtime feeding?
« on: February 06, 2006, 18:06:22 pm »
My daughter is just over five months so I know we have quite a bit of time before we deal with this.   ;D  BUT I was wondering when and how do you drop the bedtime bottle?  Do you replace it with a snack (and obviously brush teeth afterwards) or a cup of water?  Just curious!

Thanks
Rebecca

Gosh, most one year olds I know still get a bedtime bottle. My little one had tea at five o'clock and a ten ounce bottle two hours later. I think you have long while until you have to worry about dropping that feed.

Hello!!

Once my little ones could take a sippy well I replaced  the bottles with sippy/straw cups.  We still give Zoe her sippy before brushing if we had an early supper.  Her bedtime is 7:00 PM and we offer the sippy if she was done eating by 5:30 or 6:00.  HTH  :)
