My DD woke at 5:40 this morning and would not go back to sleep after I tried until 6:45 am. anyway, does this mean I should shift all her naps earlier? yesterday she did 9:30 and 2 and slept for 2 hours in the afternoon and she was not that tired at 6:30-7 for bedtime so I think she woke rested this morning. so this morning I put her down at 8:20 for her first nap. which is not too far off from the regular9-9:30.
so do I move up her afternoon nap to about 1 ish? and put her down earlier for bedtime?
her first nap is always 45 min know matter what I do. she takes a longer nap in the afternoon, which is fine with me.
