My lo is 12 weeks and has 4- 45 minute naps, she goes to bed at 8pm and wakes anywhere from 6-8am. Eating/activity/sleeping- these were all issues for her in the beginning part of her life but now she is graduating to be an angel baby most of the time with very few tears. She is very active during her activity time and does not give me ANY signals to sleep (when she was younger she would yawn to signify tired) so I just automatically put her down after 1.5 hours and she sleeps. From what I've read 45 min naps are an issue so I am trying to extend them (just started and with some success) my question is- do I now delay her night sleep time as she's getting the extra sleep in the day? We follow 3 hr easy but have changed it to easae.
