8 month old feeding??
« on: February 10, 2006, 10:12:32 am »
My DD is just over 8 months. She currently feeds:
7am bottle
8am breakfast
11.30am bottle
12.30 lunch
3.30pm bottle
5.00pm dinner
6.30pm bottle

She doesn't seem that interested in either the 12.30pm or 3.30pm bottle, probably have about 150mls when all other feeds are more than 200mls.

When will she cut down to 3 bottles and what bottle will she drop? Do i move the lunch to 11.30am then bottle around 1pm and skip the 3.30pm bottle?

Hello  :)

I would go ahead and give your plan a try. :)  If it doesn't work, go back to the old way or try something new.  I know it is very common for the 11:30 bottle to be dropped first.  Or what you could do too is feed solids at 11:30 and finish immediately with the bottle...feeding the next bottle again then at 3:30 as her snack.
