Its changing as his naps are so short these days. It was a solid EAS starting at 7am.
Now, its like wake up 6am

then AEAeS (small e for top off before sleep... trying to help him sleep longer than 45min)
I don't entirely have a rhythm now since its all been changing but I really try to maintain the EAS pattern.
His activity time has been 2hrs, sometimes more if he couldn't fall asleep.
I did try making sure that he was actually asleep within two hours after his final nap of the day today. He seemed to go down a lot easier. Before, he would have 2 hrs of A time after his final nap and then an additional hour of trying to get him to sleep.... I guess I was making him OT.

I am going to reduce his A time in favor of making sure it includes his winding down/ falling asleep time, I think its that that gets him OT.
