How long does your lo's spend in the bath?
« on: February 15, 2006, 15:48:30 pm »
My DD spends about 10-15 mins in the bath each day.  She loves splashing about.

I only bath Gracie every other day (unless she's gotten particularly mucky :) ) and she's usually in here about 15-20 minutes (including time for hair washed, face and body washed) and what she calls the "Tickly tickly"  :) which is when I rinse her off with the shower because it kicks her eczema off if she has bubbles left on her skin.

Since she's been having proper bubbles in there its more difficult to prise her out though - she loves splashing (mostly over me) and playing with a jug and her rubber duckies.

love

Marie

Jack and Ella bath together every night. It used to be 10 mins, but in the last week or so Jack has become OBSESSED with pouring things. Any thing at all will do! Consequently it's currently closer to 25 mins and even then we have melt down when we try to get him out  ::) And this is supposed to be part of his 'wind down' routine!!!!

My ds LOVES the bath! He is happy to stay in there as long as we let him most of the time. So, his baths tend to be around 30 minutes.

10/15mins here too ! ds loves the bath aswell but due to eczema we do limit baths. we use oilatum bath for bubbles ,it's kinder on the skin. expensive but you can get it on prescription.

Around ten minutes. Any longer and I find her skin really dries out.

We have 10-15 minutes in the bath too. We try to give her a bath every night but  that doesn't always happen.
