It could be teething related, or it could be a newfound realization of her independence. My DD is around your LO's age and she's doing some seriously weird stuff when it comes to solids. She was eating them fine, and liked the lumps and bumps. Now, the slightest lump and she coughs and acts like she's choking. She makes the most hysterical faces and has even cried a couple of times. I truly don't know what the deal is either, and I'm just going with it. If you are BF as normal, she is getting enough nutrition. She may be going thru a phase where she is not especially hungry, and it is much better for her to be taking a normal amount of milk than solids. I would give it a full week, and if she hasn't emerged from the funk, call her doc and bring her in for a weigh in just to make sure she's not losing any weight. I have a feeling it's a phase around this time and she'll be back to normal. Keep offering her solids at her normal times, but don't force it if she won't eat. Just keep the routine going.
