Hi there,
I love Tracys book and have read it over and over....but I still have a question...I have a 4 week old that doesn't seem to be sleeping long enough at night and was wondering if anyone can help..
For the past week my LO wakes up every 1.5 hours between 7pm and 7am. I feed her, let her have a small nap due to the oxytocin then feed again. She generally feeds for atleast 10 - 15 minutes before I put her down.
I've tried to have a regular evening routine, but her afternoon naps happen at odd times, so I either get to do the bath, cuddle, top up feed and bed or to avoid over tiredness I just feed then bed. She has regular 2 - 2.5 hour naps during the day and I feed her as much as possible in the late afternoon.
Can anyone tell me....is this normal for a 4 week old? and is there anything I can do to get a good 3 hours of sleep at night?
I'm started to lose it a bit!
Thanks very much
