Stuck with 3 hour feeds!!!!

My son is 5 months old and still eating every 3 hours. He is eating 8 oz (230 ml) at every feed, including bedtime bottle. He has never done the dream feed. My husband has food allergies, so the Dr. says no solid food until 6 months. He is currently sleeping 7:30pm-7:00 am, so I am afraid to change anything. But the book says 4 months= 4 hour EASY! He is also taking 1-1.15 hr naps. No 2 hour naps. Here is our typically schedule. Any suggestions? By the way he is a very happy and totally easy baby. I am afraid to rock the boat.
7:30 wake-up
7:45 8 oz bottle
9:00 or 9:30 sleep until 10:00 or 10:30
11:00 8 oz bottle
12:00 or 12:30 sleep uneil 1:00 or 1:30
2:00 8 oz bottle
3:30- 4:30 sleep
5:30 bottle
6:30 Bath
7:00 bottle/bedtime
7:30 alseep on his own!!!

Your routine looks good and so far you have obviously had no trouble yet.

I have added the Tracey's plan to transition to 4hrs in the space of 2 weeks, so you can adjust your LO slowly everyday.

Hi, just wanted you to know you are not alone!
My 2 are 8 months old (5 months corrected) and feed every 3 hours.  We have quite a good night time routine too.  I have decided just to go with the flow for now.  It suits them, they're happy with it.
