Banana every day
« on: March 04, 2006, 18:58:42 pm »
Hi all,

I have a query - my lo has been prone to constipation, and since I have introduced banana into his diet, he has been going every day.  The nurse at the hosi says it is a miracle fruit and can work either way, can either make them go or if they have a runny tummy, it can bung them up.

My question is.... Is it ok to give DS some banana every day?  He has been having about a quarter a day.

Thanks for your advice.

Hi Jobi,

Thanks for that - puts me a bit more at ease.

I am in Cheshire - not far from you.
