Artichoke hearts?

Has anyone introduced artichoke hearts to their lo's diet yet? I was thinking that maybe I would try and puree some that are canned in water and see how ds likes it - but I can't seem to find any info on when they're ok to introduce. Thoughts?

Yep, I get them in water all the time. Just not sure if there's anything in them that the los aren't supposed to have yet, like carrots and the nitrates, you know?
