hi,
at this age babies typically get 14-15 hours of sleep; most 4 month olds have 3 naps; the first 2 being 1.5-2hrs each, and the 3rd being a catnap of about 45 min-1hr.
a typical day could look like this, if she is waking at 6:30:
6:30 wake
8-9:30 sleep
11/11:30-1:30 nap
3:30-4:30 nap
6 begin bedtime routine for 6:30pm bedtime
some other things that may help are establishing a wind-down routine, which helps clue her in that it's time to sleep. you may also want to start introducing a lovey - something she gets when it's time to sleep.
