3 hour feed to 4 hour feed EASY transition Help!!
« on: March 14, 2006, 23:25:20 pm »
Hi Everyone

I have followed Tracy's latest book in moving from the 3 to 4 hourly feeds. The only problem is that my daughter now sleeps less of a night than she used to.
She is 3 and 1/2 months and used to sleep from 10.30pm until 5am, she now only sleeps from 11.30pm until 2.30am and sometimes 3.30am, she then wakes again at 7.00am for her morning feed and follows the 4 hour EASY, with little dramas.
I have followed EASY since she was 6 weeks old, with no problems, she settles easy and has her day sleeps......................but what is happening of a night ? Help my family is sleep deprived and I do not know what to do ???

Hi there

Is there a reason why are are doing a 4 hour routine at 3 1/2 months?  I am thinking this may be too early to do 4 hours between feeds.  How long have you been doing 4 hours?  Is this when she started to wake more at night?
