Can't be a good mod because I can never get on

Hi! I am posting this as a guest because it seems to be the only way I am not locked out???

I have been very frustrated with the site, and I don't seem to be alone.  I just feel so frustrated because I am trying to be a good mod and I keep getting all of these new posts from others, and then I can't get on to reply.  I don't understand why I am constantly locked out due to database error or maintenance.  And then it seems I'm constantly getting new notifications. I got over 30 yesterday but could never get on myself

Please help!!! I want to stay a mod and reply to everyones posts but this is getting a little ridiculous.  And now when I am logged in I get database error.

I've reported it to Andy, there are some server changes being made, hopefully most problems will be resolved shortly.
