my other post below pretty much explains the details, but i'm on day 3 of WTS for megs naps. (1hr 15min).
the first day, i only noticed her breathing change (big sigh) and i left. but i had a gut feelign she was going to sleep longer that day anyway. she slept 1hr 30min.
yesterday, i dont know if moved her too much...but she like totally moved around..she was awake at 1hr 15min again.
today, i went in at 1hr...and just barely moved her blanket. she didnt' move but i heard her breathing change...so i left...for fear of waking her up like yesterday. it is 1hr 30min and she is still alseep. SO..i'm totally wondering if i'm doing this right or if its just fluke that she is sleeping the extra 15min?? cause it doesn't "appear" that i've disrupted her sleep pattern at all when i'm in there (with exception of yesterday) which didn't work anyway! lol...

for those who have done this successfully....how does this sound to you?
