Hi I have just written a post with the subject 'constant battle with feeding ....' You sound like you are having similar problems to me. My baby got thrush which cleared up with drops. She basically scream everytime the teat went in her mouth. Go and have a read as my little one was a constant battle to get the onces in with every feed but now I am there:

I now use cow and gate soya formula
The Avent 9oz bottles with a Mam orthodontic teat - she loves them as they are easy to suck
I keep an eye on her bowels, if she has not gone for 2 days then she normall starts to slow down on the onces per feed
I give her a tummy massage every morning and this helps with stopping constipation - worst case senario a small baby supository helps
I also put her in her bouncer chair to feeds her so that her back is straight and she is at the correct angle so her tummy is not squashed

Let me know how you get on I have tried possibly everything and I am now there.... would love to be able to help someone else out
