When to introduce soy or rice milk

I wasn't really sure where to post this , but bella is 12 months and isn't officially a toddler yet ..but i am curious when can you introduce soy milk or rice milk? is there an appropriate age?  she isn't crazy about whole milk so i am wondering if i should use an alternative.  thanks!..i do plan on asking her pediatrician when we see him next week, just wanted your thughts on this.

I have no experience of soy milk, but i know you can introduce cows milk at 1 year old so i am assuming it is the same for soy/rice milk.
Hopefully someone else can give you a definate answear!

we started Ryan on cow's milk at 12 months , but a friend suggested rice milk to help with eczema and reflux , so we switched at 13months , we have never had a problem
