My dd was very regular with her Easy routine, now she seems to be all over the place, does anyone have any suggestions of which routine I should be on or how to adjust my daily routine. She is not going through a growth spurt, weighs 6.7lbs and is 9 weeks, 3 weeks adjusted.
This is what happened today
6am feed formula with thickener 80mls
6:45-7:00 diaper change, bouncy chair while mum on bw website
7:00 nap routine, swadle and cuddle
7:30-10:00 nap
10:00 feed formula with thickener 60mls
10:45-11:00 diaper change, cuddles with mummy play in swing
11:00 nap routine swaddle cuddles with mummy
11:20-1:00 nap time
1:10pm feed formula with thickener 80mls = a couple mls of sugar water ( to help with bowel movements)
1:45 - 2:00 diaper change/cuddles and walk around the house with mum
2:00 nap routine swaddle and cuddles
2:15-2:40 played nicley in crib untill she fell asleep
2:40-4:15 nap time
4:30 feed formula with thickener 50mls (was really hard to get her to eat anything) 10mls sugar water
5:15-5:30 diaper change, cleaned nose/swing
5:30 swaddle and cuddle time
6:05-6:30 nap woke up on own did not want to sleep cuddles with daddy
7:30 pushed this feed out for 1/2 hour formula with thickner 80mls
7;45 bath/nighty/swaddle and cuddles with daddy with bedtime music
8:15-11:00sleep
11:00 dreamfeed 40mls
Have not gone to bed yet, she sometimes wakes up aroung 3-3:30 for 20mls sometimes will sleep through.
Any sugeestions would be greatly appreciated. cheers
