Beginning E.A.S.Y. program with 4/4
« on: March 19, 2006, 22:18:26 pm »
We are currently starting the E.A.S.Y. program with our five month old, who has had no routine up until this point; however, are unsure about how strict we should be during the first two weeks. I enjoy making a daily trip to the gym; therefore, I put her in daycare for an hour to an hour-and-a-half everyday at the same time of day. She had some separation anxiety when I first starting bringing her to daycare; however, has now warmed up to it. Should we insert this into her schedule from the start, or wait until the beginning two weeks are over and then deal with separation again?

i think that depends on a couple of things

1) what is your starting point - does she have any routine or are you starting from the ground up...
2) does she nap there or does she spend her time playing...
3) do you go at the same time every day?? what is that time of day specifically
4) have you determined what her temperment is?

wll check back and then see how you can incorporate the gym routine into starting your EASY routine
